White Room Wedding with cathedral style ceilings and chandeliers truly made this wedding a stunning sight.
Another gorgeous White Room Wedding in the books! If you’re not familiar, the White Room has several spaces for wedding ceremonies or receptions. Today I’m sharing Mike and Kelly’s Villa Blanca wedding ceremony. The “white room” of The White Room, if you will.
What is so special about a Villa Blanca wedding?
Well, for starters, I love a white room with windows. The light just FLOODS into this space but if that wasn’t enough, there are gorgeous chandeliers overhead. The space almost looks like it might have been a chapel in another life, making it the perfffeecccttt spot for your ceremony. Those cathedral style ceilings are ah-mazing. And those wood floors?! Fuggedaboutit.
This bright space would also work for a brunch reception or hell, any time of day reception! Whether you want to show of those awesome wedding details you’ve been slaving over, or you’re like me and love a clean, minimalist look, the Villa Blanca is the perfect backdrop. It’s just a blank canvas for whatever theme or style you had in mind.
Plus! It’s in a historic building in a historic town. I just love wedding venues that have a story. The White Room’s story? It was built in 1888 as a department store before becoming a hotel and finally, a wedding venue. And you’ll love not having to entertain your guests nonstop. They’ll have tons to keep busy in their downtime, whether they are history buffs or not.
