SO BUSY! I know, likely story. But it’s the truth! And only a few more precious weeks until the sun starts setting earlier and I adjust my bedtime accordingly. Maybe I should move to Alaska…

After the “cheesy” slumber party at my sister’s house (see what I did there?), we walked aimlessly around Park Slope until she suggested a trip to the Greenwood Cemetery. “Anyone who’s anyone is buried there,” she tells me. Well. I couldn’t say no to that. 

Earlier this year, I vowed to take more personal photos with my camera and less with my iPhone. It’s true, camera phones are too convenient and they are limited in their abilities (not to mention the photos rarely escape the confines of the cell phone’s memory card). Lugging that camera around is a pain in the arse! Although, I decided to hold myself accountable by taking the Canon to Nicole’s house.

We headed over to the cemetery, camera in hand, around mid-day. Lots of open shade allowed me to photograph happily while keeping my sanity.

Back to redecorating my apartment. Oh yeah, that’s quite a project. I love life most when I’m keeping busy. Pictures soon, I promise!
