Two weeks ago I headed down to the Brooklyn Bridge to meet up with the Samuel family. Fortunately, it warmed up for a few hours and no one was encumbered by large coats. These four make a beautiful family and it was such a pleasure to spend the afternoon with them. This was my first autumn shoot (being the Florida girl that I am) and I was so excited to try something I had envied on other photography blogs. Plus the photos were full of glow-y light, which was a challenge at first (the lens flare was a bit intrusive) but I think the golden hue suited this family perfectly. Here are a few of my favorites…
